Our Air IT Solutions segment delivered 6.4% revenue growth, supported by positive pricing dynamics, incremental revenues from our Amadeus Nevio offering and continued strong growth in both Airport IT and Airline Professional Services.
Hospitality and Transversal Solutions revenue increased by 6.1%, resulting from new customer wins, customer implementations and overall revenue growth improvement across several business domains.
Air Distribution delivered revenue growth of 5.9%, supported by our continued commercial success across regions, as well as positive pricing dynamics, stemming from renewals, new contracts and inflation.
Amadeus Corporate Performance in 2025
Amadeus embraces a holistic view of sustainability that reflects the interconnected nature of our actions and impacts. Our sustainability strategy is made of 3 strategic areas.
Air Distribution is Amadeus’ two-sided marketplace that connects travel providers (airlines, hotels, car rentals, railways, cruises, insurance, transfers, etc.) with travel sellers (retail and business agencies, OTAs, metasearch engines, tour operators, corporations). It enables indirect sales by making airline offers available through the Amadeus Travel Platform.

New Distribution Capability (NDC) enables airlines to distribute personalized, dynamic offers more efficiently across channels. In 2025, more than 50 airlines relied on Amadeus to manage and scale their NDC APIs globally.
Modern airline IT enables real-time management of operations, passengers, and offers, supporting efficiency, resilience, and improved traveler experiences. AI supports demand forecasting, personalization, disruption management, and smarter operational decisions.
Sustainability continued to gain momentum in 2025 as hotels and destinations invested in solutions that support long‑term efficiency, guest trust, and responsible growth.

Destinations are investing in digital tools such as AI-driven analytics and media to manage visitor flows and enhance the traveler experience. These investments respond to rising guest expectations and the industry’s imperative to improve profitability, reduce dependency on intermediaries, and future-proof against market volatility. With ForwardKeys now part of our Travel Intelligence offering, we enabled DMOs to address challenges like overtourism with more precision and foresight.
