Amadeus is committed to successful company growth through compliance with all laws, rules, and regulations governing antibribery and anti-corruption, in all the countries where Amadeus operates. Amadeus has a zero-tolerance approach to acts of bribery and corruption by employees or anyone acting on behalf of Amadeus.
Training and Awareness
Our company provides comprehensive global mandatory training on compliance and business ethics for all employees, focus on prevention, and securing a safe, ethical & inclusive workplace, covering topics such as bribery, gifts and entertainment,competition laws and international trade laws, conflicts of interest fraud prevention, keeping accurate records.
In 2023, we have over 35,000 hours of mandatory compliance training for all staff globally.
Third Parties
We conduct due diligence of third parties on factors such as anti-corruption, compliance, trade sanctions and adverse media reports.
Code of Ethics and Business Conduct for third parties
Establishes a common framework for the legal and ethical obligations of Amadeus suppliers, ensuring they are firmly committed to excellence in the fields of corporate governance.
Speak Up
Amadeus has implemented a Speak Up tool. This allows employees and third parties to report any suspected breaches of the CEBC, Corporate Crime Policy, laws, regulations, or Amadeus policies related to business practices or ethical conduct. This commitment by Amadeus and its executive management ensures that ethical practices and corporate governance are at the forefront of their operations.
