The app automatically syncs with your Amadeus GDS office ID(s) to import bookings. Your customers simply log in and immediately see their up-to-date itineraries—no manual steps required.
For trips booked through NDC, other GDSs, or direct connections, Amadeus Hey! offers multiple import methods. During onboarding, our team will assess your distribution mix and find the optimal solution to ensure all your customers can enjoy your mobile app experience, regardless of where their trip was booked.
Amadeus Hey! Mobile supports 12 global languages, allowing you to launch your app in the language that best suits your market and customers. You can select the default language for your application, and customers can always change to any of the other available languages from the settings section of the app.
