Ana Doval de las Heras

Ana Doval de las Heras, Senior Vice President, People & Culture

Ana Doval de las Heras is Senior Vice President of People & Culture at Amadeus and a member of the Amadeus Executive Committee since October 2022. As such, she drives the People & Culture strategy for more than 19,000 employees across 190 countries.

Ana has over 30 years of international experience in her field. She joined Amadeus in 2002 from Marks & Spencer, where she served as Head of Human Resources responsible for Spain & Portugal. Since then, she has gained a wealth of experiences in both regional and global roles.

She led the People & Culture function in our Madrid headquarters and then in the APAC region. In 2016, she took on the position of Head of Organizational Effectiveness, while also being a Global Business Partner for our former New Businesses unit. Before joining the Executive Committee, Ana was the head of People & Culture for the Hospitality unit, where she played a key role in the TravelClick acquisition and integration.

Ana is particularly experienced in supporting the business in high growth areas - managing mergers & acquisitions and aligning talent strategies to best support the achievement of organization’s goals.

Ana has lived and worked in Spain, France, Belgium, UK and Thailand and she is currently based in Madrid. She holds a Law Degree from Universidad Autonoma de Madrid (Spain) and two master’s degrees, one in Human Resources from Garrigues Andersen (Spain), and a second one in European Community Law from ICADE (Spain). A Spanish native, she is also fluent in English and French.
