As a frequent traveller, we need your valuable ideas and thoughts to help airports and airlines rethink the travel experience -- to make the airport itself a desirable destination for passengers and non-passengers alike.
We’d like to invite you to participate in a survey that is designed to explore your reactions to a range of ideas about how the customer experience at airports could evolve between today and 2025. Your participation isn’t just valuable for this research piece; it will also contribute to the Save the Children fund. We will give $1 to the Save the Children Fund for each person that takes part in the survey.
This survey is just one part of a research project that has kicked off this month and for which we have already interviewed more than 70 airport experts. It is called “Dreamport: Reinventing the Airport Experience” and we will share the findings with you in February 2012.Thank you for sharing your views with us, and please share this with your friends and colleagues who travel frequently.
