Rob commented on the rationale behind the report:
I think fundamentally there’s a gap in the market…no one’s done a really in-depth study of the 21 st
century business [traveller] recently…
What we see is the tipping point of travellers using self-booking tools as a first point of contact – [so the travel managers are removing themselves from a purely administrative role to more of a travel consultant after booking]…
