You don’t make it for 30 successful years without the hard work of truly great people. At Amadeus, people are our most valuable asset and they always have been since we began our journey back in 1987.
Amidst celebrations of our 30th anniversary, we took the opportunity to ask our staff across the Europe, Middle East & Africa regions what they think the innovations will be that change the face of travel for the next 30 years. They are predictions on green travel,travellers using technology to engross themselves in a mixed reality, on artificial intelligenceand biometricsamongst others.
While we are proud of all the amazing things we’ve accomplished in the past three decades, we believe we can always do better. As our company grows and evolves, so does our drive to develop our teams and help our people succeed. We are continually evolving how we do things, which in turn helps our customers adapt to and thrive in a rapidly changing world.
The collective value of our people comes from having the experience, expertise and cultural diversity from being in over 190 markets around the globe. We are driven by a talented, and open workforce consisting of engineers, data scientists, marketers and strategists – all of whom are driven to get ahead of the curve in a sector defined by change. Innovation is the key to doing this. Innovation is about bringing together people that think differently but act together with curiosity and conviction.
