“Collaborative consumption” was a hot topic at the 6th edition of the Amadeus Rail Forum in Barcelona this week. Albert Cañigueral, founder of Consumo Colaborativo and TED speaker, delivered a powerful presentation on this booming trend.
Thankfully, the rail industry’s wheels are on track and in motion. In Spain, collaborative economy players like TrenHub, a community which allows reselling unused and last minute train tickets, is a prime example of what can be done.
