At Copenhagen Airports, we have an ambitious vision to become a world-class hub for Northern Europe. Our objective is to grow from 25 to 40 million passengers per year, and as a part of this focus we are optimising our infrastructure to better help our airline partners serve the increasing number of international routes and operations.

To achieve our vision, we need cutting edge technology and expertise, which is why we’ve chosen Amadeus as our strategic partner. Amadeus has the proven experience and leading cloud capabilities to deliver an operational traffic IT solution which will enable us to meet our goals whilst in parallel ensuring we keep our focus on continued innovation.

We will be implementing nine Amadeus solutions, effectively transforming our operations across a diverse range of areas including the Airport Collaborative Decision Making Portal, Airport Operational Database (AODB), and the Baggage Reconciliation System (BRS).

We’re confident that these solutions will enable us to further optimise our infrastructure and increase capacity. My colleagues and I at Copenhagen Airports look forward to working closely with Amadeus over the course of the next decade to leverage this next-generation cloud-based technology, while gaining improved operational performance and customer experience.
