You can win an award once and it could be considered a stroke of luck. You can win an award a second time and people start to take notice. But winning Best Technology Provider three times in a row in the United Kingdom and Ireland – in as many months – that’s the stuff of champions!
At the end of 2014, travel professionals belonging to theScottish Passenger Agents’ Association (SPAA) voted Amadeus Best Technology Provider in Glasgow. Then in January,travel agents from across the UK voted Amadeus Best Technology Provider at the Globe Travel Awards, held at a prestigious hotel on London’s Park Lane. To top it off, travel agents in theRepublic of Ireland also voted Amadeus Best Technology Provider thanks to the unstinting efforts of the local team located in Dublin and Cork (for the 5th year in a row!). At this rate, we might need a new trophy cabinet.
Globally, Amadeus has been nominated for many industry awards but we never take an award win for granted (as you can tell by the smiles on the faces of the team at Amadeus UK based at Gatwick).
