We’re creating a more connected travel industry, underpinned by sustainability and long-term investor relations.
Overall, we were ranked 33rd out of the 400 companies included in the survey. This award is especially relevant to us given that the ranking is obtained from scores given by employees anonymously and without any involvement from Amadeus, instead of a more traditional external judging panel.
Amadeus strives to invest in people and has many assets to attract and retain talent. This has certainly proven to be true this month as our Development Centre in Nice, France, has been ranked, ahead of Google and Microsoft, as the number one high-tech employer in France in a survey of 30,000 people, included in the latest edition of Capital , a French business and economics magazine.
Retaining and attracting top talent is absolutely key for Amadeus. We place a strong focus on the overall well being of our 3,500 employees, and believe that our high score in this ranking is due, amongst other things, to our strong investment in our people in three key areas:
Our campus offers great work environment and modern facilities. Through our flexible work arrangements (various programmes such as teleworking and part-time work) we enable – and indeed, promote - a healthy work- life balance.
Flexible work spaces and an innovative way of working with agile methodology foster collaboration amongst teams.
The excellent results of this ranking, together with related awards such as our recent Top Employer award in Spain for our headquarters in Madrid, make us immensely proud of our people, the company culture we have created and of our longstanding commitment to the best interests of our employees.
Join us for a career that will give you an opportunity to shape the future of travel.
