The new post-pandemic normal of anywhere work and hybrid work has many organizations struggling to deliver great employee experiences (EX). Hybrid work brings in new complexities and a need to adapt processes, technology and culture. To foster productive collaboration and achieve higher employee engagement, companies need to invest in the right technology. Travel and expense management (T&E) tools are a key part of this transformation and need to enable a collaborative and efficient travel booking, payment and expense experience.

About the paper

This research was conducted by Forrester Consulting on behalf of Amadeus, published in November 2022. It’s based on qualitative interviews and a survey carried out amongst 525 respondents between July and August 2022. The participants include manager level and above decision-makers from finance, procurement, travel management, HR and IT involved in travel and expense management at large enterprises.
