At the same time, the agreement further strengthens Amadeus’ position as the global market leader in Passenger Service Systems.
Amadeus has added Swiss International Air Lines to a growing roster of airlines to adopt the core modules of the Amadeus Altéa Suite. This follows on from our recent agreement with Southwest Airlines to become their single reservation solution.
I worked closely with the Swiss International Air Lines senior executives and I am honoured by the trust they have placed in us.

SWISS’ migration to the Altéa Reservation and Inventory modules is scheduled for the beginning of 2016, with migration to Departure Control to follow in mid-2016.
