Luis found himself in august company on a varied and fascinating list as he was placed just above President Barack Obama on the list – albeit because the list is published in alphabetical order! (Just above Luis is the Travel Director for Intercollegiate Athletics at the University of Texas. So as BTN points out, the list “”is not a ranking” and “not measuring their relative influence against one another”.
