Logitravel will be the first European online travel agency to deliver these things with our cutting edge merchandising technology, Amadeus Fare Families. This solution enables airlines to differentiate their offers by bundling services, such as priority boarding, extra luggage or VIP lounge access, into branded fares. In so doing, travellers benefit from a broader value offering of airline products to choose from and the ability to personalise their travel experience according to their needs and preferences.

Amadeus Fare Families will enrich the product offering and facilitate the shopping process of Logitravelcustomers through greater content and comparison capabilities of airline offers.  Logitravel expects to increase sales between 5 and 15%.

We’re continuing to invest significantly in merchandising technology so that airlines and travel agencies can align with evolving traveller needs. Our merchandising solutions are gaining traction on both the airline and OTA fronts, and they are already delivering results and incremental sales across the industry.

To date, 17 airlines have implemented Amadeus Fare Families and close to 80 airlines have already implemented Amadeus Airline Ancillary Services. The numbers continue to grow each month, both on the airline and OTA fronts, as merchandising delivers greater choice to consumers and generates additional revenues across the industry.
