IATA Director General Tony Tyler Talks Collaboration and Future of Aviation

During the interview, Tyler talks about the importance of collaboration and the “choreography of cooperation” between aviation travel players – ranging from airlines and airports, to distribution and travel technology providers.

Tyler also touches upon the next hundred years of the aviation industry and how that even though it’s difficult to predict just what it will look like – one thing’s certain; growth will remain healthy and abundant.

Finally, Tyler talks about the need for travel players to better cater to the demands of travellers as their requirements and expectations evolve.
