EVA Air, one of the World’s Top 10 Airlines in 2015, is to strengthen its international expansion with the support of our Altéa Revenue Management Suite. This will be our first Origin & Destination (O&D) Revenue Management customer in Asia and marks a watershed moment for the Taiwan-based carrier as it lays the foundation to fuel international expansion with intelligently priced airline packages and offers.
Our next generation revenue management technology fully integrates with the Amadeus Altéa Suite , which EVA has used since 2013. Greater automation and optimised revenues through proven state-of-the-art algorithms will enable EVA to maximise route yield and overall profitability to the more than 50 cities the carrier services across Europe, North America, Asia and Oceania.
Unlike legacy revenue management systems, the Amadeus Altéa Revenue Management Suite is designed to help airlines gain competitive advantages not just from seat sales, but also from new merchandising practices such as dynamic pricing, fare families and ancillary service sales.
Equipped with the latest Revenue Management innovations to manage market changes and future growth, the highly automated system frees revenue management analysts to focus on activities that create further value for the airline and empowers them with user-friendly, real-time tools.
