I experience our global nature firsthand. I’m based in our Madrid offices, where you will find people from all over the world. Amadeus has also given me the opportunity to call Bangkok home for a number of years, and, I’ve had the chance to explore the world as part of my work. Many of my colleagues can share a similar story: how they have grown through such journeys and how it makes Amadeus such a special place to work.
What I also love about Amadeus is that you are always learning - all the time and in many different ways. It goes beyond the learning opportunities offered through formal trainings, customized programs and the thousands of courses available to all of us through various learning platforms. I also learn on the job every day just through ongoing interactions with incredible colleagues.
And these interactions can happen anywhere at any time. We are embracing global changes in the way people work and have integrated flexibility both for employees and for the company.
