Amadeus has developed a report entitled ‘Building the insight-driven airport’ to explore the possibilities of intelligent operational and traveler-focused insights.

Equipped with this information, airports can make informed operational choices and deliver passengers the customized and seamless experiences they expect. For example, insights can enable airports to:

Identify where bottlenecks commonly occur so resources can be scaled up to avoid unnecessary queues
