Amadeus appoints Jacinto Esclapés as new Secretary of the Board of Directors

The Board of Directors, at the meeting held on December 16, 2021, has appointed Jacinto Esclapés Díaz, new Secretary of the Board of Directors, effective January 1, 2022. He will replace Tomás López Fernebrand, who will leave the company at the end of 2021.

Esclapés brings more than 26 years of professional experience at Amadeus, leading, in the team of Mr. López Fernebrand, the corporate and tax areas. He has been part of the Secretariat of the Board for 20 years.

The Board has also appointed Ana Gómez Ruiz as Vice-Secretary of the Board of Directors. This role was currently held by Esclapés.
