Amadeus Annual General meeting approves a final full dividend of €0.74 per share

Amadeus IT Group's Annual General Meeting (AGM) approved this morning a final full dividend of €0.74 per share against 2022 results. The dividend will be paid on July 13^th, 2023. Consequently, the proposed application of the 2022 financial year results represents a distribution of a total of 333.4 million euros in dividends, representing approximately 50% of the consolidated profit for the period, which amounted to 664 million euros.

The AGM also approved individual and consolidated Annual Accounts of the company. In addition, this morning, all the Directors whose term expired on the date of the AGM were re-elected for a term of one year. At the proposal of the Nominations and Remuneration Committee, the AGM appointed Mr. Frits Dirk van Paasschen as independent director for a period of three years, replacing Mr. Francesco Loredan.
