Altéa Departure Control - Customer Management is a robust solution for implementing new-generation airport processes and supporting the whole customer experience. Air Arabia Group investment in the new technology aims at facilitating enhanced productivity and customer experience at the airports. Altéa Departure Control - Flight Management aims at supporting passenger and cargo load using modern automation technologies and therefore providing the airline with more opportunities to maximize efficiency.
