Our Altéa NDC solution is helping Saudia extend its reach by distributing advanced merchandising offers to third parties. As Saudia’s IT provider, supplying a wide range of solutions including our Altéa Passenger Service System (PSS), we are helping them take an omnichannel approach. By doing this, Saudia content is available via NDC XML connectivity to meta-search engines, travel agencies, and technology providers.
Our Altéa NDC solution provides Saudia with the capability for NDC-based shopping and booking. In short, we are delivering the IT elements of Saudia’s end-to-end NDC process including ‘Offer’ and ‘Order’ management capabilities. This means Saudia can integrate different merchandising offers, ancillary services, and fare families into the new NDC booking flow for presentation to third parties and ultimately the traveler.
