For the sixth consecutive year, Amadeus has been included in the Dow Jones Sustainability Indices (DJSI) World and DJSI Europe. Additionally, this year Amadeus has been recognised as world leader in the Software & Services industry sector. The DJSI measures sustainability practices considering three dimensions: economic, environmental and social. Only the top 10-20% of sustainability performers in each sector enter the Index.

Amadeus was included on the DJSI for the 6th consecutive year

The inclusion of Amadeus in the Index is the result of a company-wide effort. In every part of the world and in every function, we work together towards the sustainable growth of our business. It is an honour to receive this recognition of our consistency and the solid strategy behind our practices. Transparency, innovation, privacy protection, and environmental sustainability, are some of the elements evaluated.

Sustainability indices help us assess how we are positioned against other companies in the software & services industry. They also help to create greater awareness about sustainability, both internally and externally, to identify areas for improvement.

For a travel technology company like Amadeus, DJSI membership is a continuous and demanding challenge. We are proud to be the only travel technology company included in the Dow Jones Sustainability Index.

As leaders in the software and services sector, we are conscious that sustainability is a journey rather than a destination. It requires continuous attention. Sustainable growth is indeed a critical pillar of our strategy.
