What is the Amadeus Engineering Blog?

At Amadeus, our mission is to make travel better for everyone, everywhere. It’s an ambitious goal, and one that depends on strong technology foundations. That means building systems that are resilient, scalable, and ready to support a global industry that never stands still. It also means constantly rethinking how we use technology to create better, more seamless experiences across the travel ecosystem.


With more than 10,500 engineers across 50+ sites worldwide, Amadeus is home to a diverse and highly experienced engineering community. This blog is an opportunity to bring their perspectives together in one place, to share how we think, how we build, and how we address complex problems at scale.
