Sullivan Turismo Especializado has more than 25 years of experience in leisure and business travel, however, despite its long history, they faced a technological and generational change that led them to seek to improve their business process. Faced with this scenario, they chose to rely on Amadeus tools in their growth and system migration process, with an efficient investment that has allowed them to ensure the operation of their infrastructure in the face of competition.
Other main objectives of the Sullivan Turismo Especializado team were to recover its main corporate account, improve the level of customer service and develop better technological systems to enrich the experience of both the traveler and the travel manager within the corporate world, all this while maintaining the personalized sense of each client, having an approved quality control, and avoiding repetitive tasks to provide greater security and confidence.
Amadeus, as a strategic partner for Sullivan Turismo Especializado, identified opportunities for improvement in the company's technological infrastructure, through an initial evaluation that allowed us to design a roadmap to achieve greater productivity and cost optimization with the adoption of solutions such as:Amadeus Robotics ,Mini rules andOffers .
In addition, Amadeus has been able to reduce 5 times the time in one of its corporate accounts that required a process of quotation, information, pre-sales, sales, and post-sales, all thanks to simple tools that are compatible with the needs of Sullivan Turismo Especializado; in addition to this, its travelers have complete information about their flights and the rules of each of the fares purchased.
At the same time, Sullivan Turismo Especializado, hand in hand with Amadeus, will bet on new automation tools that help avoid errors in some tasks, generate safe operation flows with control, offer reports with complete information for corporations and, additionally, increase the productivity of its people.
Sullivan Specialized Tourism and Amadeus tools seek to integrate modern technology into every process and keep pace with the constant changes in the industry, making tasks simpler and safer, and allowing time for growth.
