Did you know that Central & West Africa (CWA) is larger than the United States and is served by one Amadeus Commercial Organisation?
The organisation was set up in 2001 after formerairlineAir Afrique went bankrupt and began operations in 2002.
From humble beginnings, today Amadeus CWA covers 22 countries through a network of seven offices in Ivory Coast, Senegal, Cameroun, Democratic Republic of Congo, Gabon and Cape Verde strategically placed to be close to customers and provide first level support and services.
Amadeus CWA also established agreements with service partners in Benin, Burkina, Guinea (Conakry), Mauritania, Mali, Burkina to provide better service to customers.
Multiculturalism , respect and openness are present across our offices -Amadeus employees are from over 15 different nationalities and support local language and market specific needs.
