Amadeus Basic Course

Basic Training focuses on creating your first PNR and other essential functionalities of the Amadeus system

Description

Blended Learning on creation and modification of air bookings and other PNR elements using the Amadeus Command page. This course takes 2 days and provides you with a certification exam.

Pre-requisite

Completion of e-Learning videos on Reservation and Fares.

Target audience

Recommended for Travel Consultants with minimal experience on the use of the Amadeus system.

Description

Blended learning on display of fares, understanding fare notes, pricing with and without a PNR.

Description

A dedicated training on the different scenarios of manual and automatic exchanges for IATA ticketing officers.

  • Completion of the e-Learning videos on Reservation, Pricing and Ticketing.
  • Must have attended the Amadeus Fares Pricing and Ticketing class and with at least 3 months experience in the principles of manual exchanges.

Description

Description


This is a session to introduce the Amadeus Reservations and Fares Pricing functionality to migrating agents from another GDS. 

We call this course a “jump start” in Amadeus system.

Migrating agents to the Amadeus system.

Description

Pre-requisite

Travel Consultants must be knowledgeable in creating PNRs in Amadeus. Completion of e-Learning videos on Light Ticketing, which is applicable to AirAsia.

This is a course on creating a “database” of the information of individual travelers and the company they are connected with.

  • Must be using the Amadeus system in PNR creation for at least 3 months.

Amadeus Basic Queues - ABQ

It’s a two hour briefing on how to manage basic queues. All agents are invited to attend to reinforce the importance of this functionality in updating the status of their flights. Most especially the air segments with HX advice code.
