Fareportal has always been at the technology forefront of the travel industry, supporting its customers and airline partners through service and innovation. The company stays close to the traditional travel agency model with customer care agents available 24/7.

Fareportal's business sector is providing flights to the leisure market. Today, however, the focus for the company and its brands has expanded beyond flights to include enhanced ancillary product offerings and non-air offerings such as vacation packages and hotels.
