i:FAO AG appoints Karin Frauscher as new CEO

i:FAO AG today announces the appointment of Karin Frauscher as CEO to replace Bernd Schulz who will be leaving to pursue new opportunities outside the company. Alexander Schott joins as General Manager of i:FAO GmbH.

Karin joins from Amadeus where she currently leads Finance and Controlling for the EMEA region. As General Manager, Alexander will work closely with Karin and manage commercial operations, customer service and product development. He has been a long time member of the i:FAO leadership team where he was Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for 17 years.

Teams at both i:FAO and Amadeus thank Bernd for his significant contribution to the companies’ ongoing growth in business travel.

i:FAO is a technology provider specialized in corporate travel & expense technology and based in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. Amadeus currently owns 88.7% of the company.
