Given the rumors published by the Bloomberg agency, Amadeus IT Group, S.A. confirms that it is in process of discussing a possible acquisition of TravelClick and its group of companies. Legal terms and economic conditions of the potential transaction are still under discussion. TravelClick is a global Hospitality solutions provider. It is headquartered in New York City and serves more than 50,000 properties across 175 countries.

Amadeus will not provide any further comment.
