CTrip Corporate Travel gains access to extensive hospitality content through renewed partnership with Amadeus

Covid-19 has had an extraordinary impact on business travel, and now many agencies are rethinking aspects of their business, accommodating the changing needs of corporate travelers. To support its 12,000+ corporate customers travel in and out of China, CTrip Corporate Travel has renewed a multi-year strategic partnership with Amadeus to support the technology innovation needed for expanding its operations across Asia Pacific.

CTrip Corporate Travel’s customers can now shop and book hospitality content via theAmadeus Travel Platform. They will benefit from working on the same platform that over one million properties use - from hotel chains to aggregators and other leading accommodation providers -, giving them unrivalled access to real-time rates and the content they need to serve their customers. Accommodation types range from five-star hotels to B&Bs to managed apartments. A variety of different business models and payment options are available.

The Amadeus Travel Platform is built on open systems, harnessing intelligent use of data and integrating new interfaces and architectures.Processing 100K+ end-user transactions per second at peak, end-user transactions can include anything from a low fare search to a credit card authorization request.
