Amadeus appoints Mark Cullen as Chief Commercial Officer, Amadeus Cytric Solutions

Amadeus is proud to announce the appointment of Mark Cullen as the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) of Cytric, Amadeus’ end-to-end corporate travel and expense solution.

With his extensive experience and leadership in the technology and software-as-a-service (SaaS) industries, Mark will spearhead the commercial strategy for Amadeus Cytric Solutions, driving growth and innovation globally.

Mark Cullen, is based in Boston, United States, leading all commercial activities for Amadeus Cytric Solutions. With a focus on further expanding the Amadeus Cytric Solutions brand and portfolio globally, this appointment underscores Amadeus' commitment to the corporate travel space in collaboration with Microsoft. Thanks to the AmadeusCytric Easy platform, corporations looking for a new experience when it comes to booking travel, creating events, sharing trips, meeting goals for sustainability, can now do all of this through a fully embedded user experience in MS Teams. It has never been easier to arrange travel, approve trips or expenses, all within the same everyday workspace application.

Recognizing its pivotal position at an inflection point in the industry, Amadeus has made significant investments and commitments to bring the Cytric Easy platform to market. There is a particular focus on the United States, where the needs of corporate buyers and travelers around collaboration, digitalization and meeting environmental, social and governance (ESG) goals.

Mark brings over twenty-five years of experience in commercial functions, with a strong background in travel and expense management, both in the US and Europe. His journey in the corporate travel sector began in 2003 with Egencia, followed by roles at SAP and Concur, where he held various leadership positions in the US and EMEA markets.
