This fall Traveltainment implements the novelties announced in spring and among other things equips the consulting and offer comparison system Traveltainment Bistro Portal with the new flight time search, an optimized round trip search and additional hotel attributes.
Wuerselen, 13. September 2018 – The search for departure times announced in spring will be activated this fall. It limits the results to the departure times requested by the travel agency customers. The criteria are “at night”, “in the morning”, “mornings”, “at noon”, “in the afternoon” and “in the evening”; moreover, a free time input will be possible.
The optimization of the round trip search also presented during ITB Berlin 2018 should be rolled out before the end of the year market-wide without additional costs for the travel agencies. Together with the Swiss tour operator software specialist Nezasa, Traveltainment integrates a targeted search for round-trip-specific criteria in Bistro Portal. As announced, like this the search is facilitated and the display of the products is improved to fulfil the customer requirements more precisely than before.
Furthermore, Traveltainment Bistro Portal gets two new hotel attributes: “children’s pool” and “heatable pool”. The attribute “handicapped accessible” returns.
Boost for Bistro, a joint solution by Interactive Pioneers Travel and Traveltainment which already started pilot operations in spring, is now available to all travel agency chains and cooperations. The tool for the optimization of the display of travel offers allows travel agency organizations the free configuration of result lists in Traveltainment Bistro Portal. New functions include the filtering on travel type, airport and hotel level. Moreover, it is now possible to combine offices in groups and to implement a joint sales strategy. Like this all new functions are also available for Boost for IBEs, which now allows to also optimize result lists depending on online marketing campaigns.

We know that each novelty directly results in more service and more turnover for many travel agencies. Therefore we are all the more delighted about the activations in fall. And of course about the upcoming pilot phase of the new package tour search in Traveltainment Bistro Portal and Amadeus Tour Market.“
