Today, Amadeus announces that BCD Travel, one of the world’s largest travel management companies, will join the NDC-X program. 

Amadeus’ NDC-X program  brings together all NDC initiatives across the company – as an IT provider and an aggregator. Continuing its evolution to become an open, dynamic and connected Live Travel Space, Amadeus is working with several airlines and travel sellers  to drive the adoption of NDC across the industry.

“The momentum we are gaining with NDC-X is second to none,” says Gianni Pisanello, VP, NDC-X program, Amadeus. “We have our eyes firmly fixed on industrialization next year, and partnering with BCD Travel means we are moving forward in the right direction together with our customers.” 

The vast travel content available in Amadeus’ leading global distribution system, in addition to the content Amadeus sources through NDC, will accelerate BCD Travel’s ability to service its customers with flexibility and ease.
