We’re proud to be one of Europe’s most successful and innovative low-cost carriers, having been one of the first airlines to introduce a mobile website, web check-in 72 hours prior to departure, and our unique BASIC, SMART and BEST Fares customized to every passenger’s need. Furthermore, we are also working on expanding our network tremendously beyond the 100 great destinations we currently fly to.
We are delighted to announce that as of September 2014, our BASIC, SMART and BEST fares as well as all flight-related ancillary services will be bookable through Amadeus using the light ticketing functionalities, whereas before, only SMART and BEST fares were available using the full e-ticketing functionalities.
We understand though that for some bookings you will still have the need to use the full e-ticketing functionality and therefore the SMART and BEST fares (including their flexible options) will remain available for traditional e-ticketing functionalities.
Along with these content enhancements, we are happy to announce that we will half the fare differential for those ‘light tickets’ created on Amadeus in comparison to the fares published on our website.
