Our journey to becoming a truly inclusive workplace…

Our Diversity & Inclusion program – BELONG

The BELONG program, was born in late 2019. It primarily focuses on inclusion of the LGBTQ+ community, People with Disabilities (PwD) and gender equality. Among our first steps have been a few policy changes like insurance cover for same‑sex partners,  and making our facilities more inclusive by creating gender neutral restrooms, mother’s room, undertaking an accessibility audit for PwD etc.

In 2021, we began with renewed focus and formalized three program objectives
