Our corporate social responsibility (CSR) purpose is to bring our people and technology together to help build a responsible, inclusive, and sustainable travel and tourism industry.
Amadeus employees all over the world stepped up to do their part during our fourth annual Amadeus Volunteer Day, which ran throughout October and November 2022.
In Spain, some employees volunteered with the Spanish Red Cross logistics center to sort items for humanitarian aid.
Many Amadeus sites participated in green activities during Amadeus Volunteer Day extending the impact of our employee engagement initiative ¨Green is the new Blue¨.

Regular materiality analyses are important for Amadeus to align our business strategy with our ESG priorities and to help prioritize actions. It helps us to understand our impacts and our stakeholders’ concerns and meet their expectations. The relationship between our material issues and the SDGs’ targets, quantified according to the level of our contribution, has led us to prioritize SDGs 4, 5, 7, 8, 9, 10, 13, 16 and 17.
