Deepened business partnership aims to deliver better travel experiences
Amadeus today announces a multi-year renewal and expansion of a long-term business partnership with Carlson Wagonlit Travel (CWT) to provide the latest innovative technology.
As part of this agreement, CWT travel counselors around the globe will have access to extensive travel content on the Amadeus Travel Platform and the latest technology including Amadeus Selling Platform Connect. The combination of the content and the tools will empower CWT counsellors to deliver quality and personalized services to travelers in a simplified and more effective manner.

A key part of CWT’s strategy, branded as ‘CWT 3.0 strategy’, is to streamline its platforms and processes in order to be more efficient and ultimately deliver better traveler experiences. The implementation of Amadeus’ latest technology will support CWT in executing its strategy.

CWT recently joined Amadeus’ NDC-X program and will be working with Amadeus to connect travel sellers and airlines using the IATA NDC standard.
