As we grow our tour operator business, we are working with Amadeus to develop the solution to accurately manage and forecast bookings, creating a solution to perform total revenue optimization.”
In 2022, Amadeus acquired Kambr, a US based startup that specializes in providing revenue management solutions and advisory for airlines. Thanks to this strategic move, SRM Flex has been fully integrated as part of the Amadeus Revenue Management Portfolio.

will provide Jeju Air with a highly flexible and smooth work environment, empowering users to harness all available data sources and automate daily workflows. The solution is designed to enable Jeju Air to better anticipate and deliver on customer demand to better maximize revenues.
Jeju Air, established in 2005, has achieved its mission to make air travel more accessible and has grown into a leading low-cost carrier that continues to innovate and provide affordable value to air travelers. They operate flights to 47 cities on 66 routes, including services from Guam to Incheon/Busan and Saipan to Incheon/Busan.
