Damm uses Cytric by Amadeus on its digital transformation journey
In today’s world, digital transformation is a key focus for businesses. Damm - one of the leading beer producers in Europe - has chosen Cytric on its quest to modernize systems, control costs, increase efficiencies, and improve employee experience all in a sustainable way
On top of Cytric Travel, which Damm has been using for three years, Damm has added Cytric Expense, Cytric Mobile and Cytric Insights to its suite of solutions helping the company streamline processes, automate tasks, and find efficiencies for its employees.
With Cytric Expense, employees can now upload travel receipts on-the-go thanks to a user friendly mobile and web app that facilitates their expense management allowing them to scan, digitally sign and archive all their receipts. Cytric is recognized by European Tax agencies meaning paper receipts are no longer required. Approvers can check and validate expense claims, following corporate policies all in one unique and integrated platform. Damm is delivering on its promise to become a more sustainable company with a paperless travel and expense process from start to end. And because Cytric Travel & Expense is just one integrated solution, there is just one database and repository for all information, minimizing errors and increasing control.
Damm will also have access to Cytric Insights, allowing it access to real-time information to create customized reporting helping them monitor the evolution of travel costs and compare this information across different departments and geographies.
