For additional support during the difficult situation in the travel industry, Posadas reinforces its longstanding business relationship with Amadeus by expanding the portfolio of technological solutions used by its business thanks to the support and confidence in Amadeus for more than fifteen years.
The disruption in the travel industry due to COVID-19has caused uncertainty changes. While it is impossible to predict when travel will return to previous levels, it will be essential for travel providers to make a wide range of offerings available to business and leisure travelers so that they can start traveling again with confidence.
In this context,Posadas, the leading hotel operator in Mexico, strengthens its product portfolio with Amadeus, through Media Solutions with which, in early 2020, they developed its first Digital media campaign and increased reservations in international markets by 15% compared to the previous year for their resorts, even in the midst of the pandemic.
Posadas alsodecided to take one step ahead and trust on Amadeus’ expertise for Hospitality Websites, and together, we proudly launched La Colección Websiteinmid-June.La Colección websitenot only allows them to talk about the regular services of their 15 resorts, but also about theexperience’scustomers canfind for their perfect trip, including multicultural or equality weddings.LaColecciónResorts represents 30% of their total revenue, and thistoolis an important support to increasebookings from outside the Latin American region.The recent addition of web services to the longstanding partnership between Amadeus and Posadas demonstrates the value of the solutions and services provided by Amadeus to hoteliers.
Posadas was one of the first users of theAgency360® solution , a business intelligence tool that helps hoteliers better understand which travel agencies are booking at their property, enabling them to increase bookings, shift share, and improve performance from travel agencies. They have also been clients ofGDS Media for over a decade, enabling them to use strategic insights from the Agency360 solution to power their GDS Media advertising strategies. Five years ago, Posadas added Amadeus’ iHotelier® central reservation solution (CRS) to their portfolio, allowing them to optimize their booking and reservation strategies with the flexibility to connect to multiple distribution channels to efficiently acquire more business, increasing their online business since implementation.
Hoteliers can leverage the optimal Amadeus hospitality solutions in their business, enabling them to increase demand and profitability while building loyalty so guests return to the property for future stays.
