cytric Travel Suite 2.0 has achieved SAP certification as integrated with SAP S/4HANA®
Travel and expense is the second largest indirect spend category for many corporations*, however, reducing travel related expenditures while increasing process efficiencies poses significant challenges for many corporations.
To enable a better travel and expense process for companies and travelers alike, Amadeus cytric Travel Suite 2.0is now integrated with SAP’s leading Enterprise Resource Planning system (ERP), through the third-party conovum AG, which has successfully specialized in business travel management in SAP for many years. This allows travel and expense data to easily and consistently be transferred between the two systems.
The SAP® Integration and Certification Center (SAP ICC) has certified that cytric Travel Suite 2.0 for SAP solutions integrates with SAP S/4HANA® using standard integration technologies. SAP S/4HANA is the next-generation business suite, built for the SAP HANA platform, with on-premise and cloud deployment options. It is designed to act as the digital core, helping customers drive digital transformation across their entire organizations, taking advantage of the award-winning, role-based user experience of SAP Fiori®.
The combination of this flagship solution for business travel with SAP S/4HANA, helps eliminate manual data entry and reduce human error, enforces business rules and saves time. With cytric, which is ERP agnostic, companies can automate, simplify and improve the expense management processes while gaining improved visibility into all financial transactions, leading to better forecasting and cash flow management.
By embedding the travel booking and expense tools into frequently used office applications, such as SAP solutions, Outlook and Salesforce, corporations are also making it easy for their employees to use. When the tools are accessible where and when the traveler needs them, and in a familiar working environment, the corporation can benefit from increased adoption and compliance to corporate travel policy.
“Integration with SAP S/4HANA brings us another step closer to simplifying the business travel experience throughout the employee’s journey and improving efficiencies for corporations. We are committed to creating fully integrated travel and expense management tools for our customers and this partnership fully reinforces our strategy to integrate with leading ERP systems. Our partnership with SAP will enable us to provide a more sophisticated solution to help corporations better manage their travel programs and power smarter business travel,” said Lydie Charpin, Global Head of Corporation Solutions, Travel Channels, Amadeus.
