There comes a time in every professional’s life when they’re saddled with planning a small meeting. While larger conferences are left to the professionals, smaller meetings and events force employees to double as event planners. HRS and Amadeus are partnering to make things a lot easier for those with this burdensome responsibility.
This week at GBTA Frankfurt, HRS is pleased to announce our partnership to integrate our meetago service with Amadeus cytric Travel & Expense. This integration offers a solution to a decades-old challenge: corralling and managing small meeting spend and simplifying the process used to bid for and book rooms for these gatherings.
For cytric users, small meetings and associated travel can now be channelled through one tool. This automation helps deliver greater insight, savings and transparency on all elements of a hotel programme. Smaller meetings can also be organised directly at one of HRS’ hotels through Amadeus cytric Travel & Expense.
At the click of a button, the organiser can prepare one Request for Proposal (RFP) detailing the number of attendees, accommodation requirements, and the necessary meeting room and add-ons.
Hoteliers will be able to automate the RFP responses due to the future integration of Amadeus Group & Event Distribution solution, also known as MeetingBroker, with HRS’ meetago. RFPs are then responded to in a timely manner and the hotel has all the event and guest details in one system.
