Enhancing hotel safety with innovative mobile technology

Safety is something that guests take for granted at a hotel, and it is a priority for hoteliers that it remains that way.

To help hoteliers with guest and worker safety, Amadeus Hospitality has partnered with leading providers in the industry React Mobile and Lifeline Response. Working with partners, we will provide access to mobile panic button capabilities either embedded into our Amadeus Service Optimization Solutions or along side our offerings enabling emergency alerting capabilities for more than 70% of global hotel brands.

How does the mobile panic button work?

The button pairs directly with a hotel worker’s smartphone and allows users to activate a widespread emergency alert without unlocking their device. Solutions can leverage HotSOS work status updates along with provider capabilities for GPS positioning.

Similarly, our customers will benefit from the Lifeline Response Console or the React Dispatch Console. It’s a solution that helps corporate security quickly identify incidents and enables shorter response times and document events ensuring the safety of everyone being monitored.

The safety capabilities of these solutions are of great value to our hospitality customers. In addition, they will help them adhere to new laws at the local level.
