As the Czech Republic’s flag carrier and one of the five oldest airlines in the world, we are dedicated to delivering the very best travel experience to our passengers.


Delivering better services starts with personalisation. Improving our merchandising capabilities is a big step in this direction and by implementing Amadeus Fare Families we will be able to personalise our portfolio in the travel agency channel.

Introducing Value, Standard, Flexi and Business class

We are pleased to introduce our Value, Standard, Flexi and Business class fares to Amadeus connected Travel Agents. In this way, Czech Airlinespassengers can enjoy greater personalisation opportunities and a transparent and consistent offer regardless of the channel they choose to interact with our airline.

By implementing Amadeus Fare Families, we’ll be able to clearly differentiate each flight proposition based on the added value of each branded fare’s attributes and terms and conditions, which means more transparency for travellers.

On the other end of the spectrum, Travel Agents too will benefit from this improved shopping experience by being able to better service and advise travellers, as well as upsell from one fare family to the next, based on individual traveller needs and preferences.
