With these elements in mind, I’m delighted that Avianca has become the launch customer for Amadeus Anytime Merchandising. This technology will help us improve the customer experience through personalised offers and services, while simultaneously developing new revenue opportunities. As the launch customer of this tool, we will gain the ability to reach more travellers at any stage of their trip through the Amadeus global travel ecosystem.
Whether Avianca passengers engage with us digitally or through more traditional channels, they will be offered a range of personalised products and services that are sensitive to their individual profile and needs at each stage of their trip.
At the same time, we will renew our agreement to use the full Amadeus Altéa Suite, which enables us to continue to operate our reservation, inventory, and departure control processes through the Amadeus platform.
Extending and deepening our relationship with Amadeus ensures we have a partner that can deliver on our desire to achieve the highest quality traveller experience. Our collaboration with Amadeus will help us take our digital capabilities to new levels, across all channels and in all markets, so we can engage with our passengers during every stage of their journey based on context, relevance, and their unique profile.
