Singapore Airlines (SIA)

Singapore Airlines (SIA) partnered with Amadeus to deploy a new state-of-the-art Revenue Management System (RMS). This uses cutting-edge demand forecasting and segmentation algorithms to enable SIA to better match demand and supply at the most relevant fares.

SAS

By leveraging a combination of Amadeus technology and industry expertise, alongside Accenture’s powerful data analytics and machine-learning models, we enabled SAS to develop actionable, data-driven insights and rapidly generate value.

American Airlines

Amadeus' e-Retail DX online booking system not only met all of American Airlines' needs, but also facilitated fast-to-market delivery. Amadeus helped American Airlines increase revenue by 17%, while providing the company with more functionality, less maintenance, and reduced costs.

Norwegian

As Norwegian goes global, travel agencies are playing a key role in the airline’s expansion and success, accounting for 1 in every 5 bookings. With more than 110% growth in long-haul bookings over the last 3 years, Amadeus is proving to be a key supporting partner for Norwegian’s global growth.

HOP! Air France

Since June 2017, Hop! implemented Amadeus Anytime Merchandising in its call center, website and mobile platform. And it’s been a big success, improving passenger satisfaction, reducing time to market and increasing ancillary sales by 67%.
