We’re creating a more connected travel industry, underpinned by sustainability and long-term investor relations.
The annual Global Airport and Passenger Symposium (GAPS) is a conference dedicated to discussing current practices in the travel industry in connection with the whole passenger experience and looking at upcoming developments and long-term prospects of changing and adapting to the needs of travelers on their journeying in the future.
With the current systems in place, the travel industry will not be able to sustain the growth and customer expectations that are on the horizon, with air travel predicted to be at double the present day amount by the year 2036, less than 20 years from now. The GAPS conference looks to bring together some of the world's leading experts as wells as senior executives and people with potential solutions for the industry. There will be specifically designed panels set up to incite the discussion on emerging technologies, also exploring the existing platforms that are being used. This two and a half day program will be the ideal opportunity to embark on analytical debate, learning from the best about development processes and techniques, as well as a great chance for social networking throughout the exhibition, both during the day and with social events planned in the evening.
